Forge Common Purpose: move hearts as well as minds….explain WHY when possible.
Lead with Focus to solve problems and reach goals
It helps to know that Five goals is the absolute limit of priorities that we as humans can process and remember.”
Leadership is the ability to translate vision into reality
Once agreed upon – Support Your Team Vision/Goals
Work a Plan on a daily basis to make it happen
Have a strategy
Predetermine how you going forward
Develop a Plan to reach your goals
Adjust you priorities
Notify – communicate it
Allow time to be accepted
Head into action –work the plan- organize
Expect problems, resistance
Always point to successes- be positive
Daily review your plan (Review, Revise, Update)
Plan Purposefully. Proceed Passionately. Pursue Persistently
